Items that are NOT COVERED under our FREE SHIPPING program are: Orders Under $150.00, Engines, Pumps, Equipment, Engine/Pump Packages, items over 48 inches long and Special Order Items that are not found on our website. TRUCK LINE SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped to the closest terminal to the customer (of EnviroSpec choice, unless we can verify that the destination is an industrial location with a forklift. If we ship to an industrial location we do not provide lift-gate service.
If we have to ship to a terminal we will contact the customer with the name of the carrier, terminal location and their phone number once the order has shipped. Customers will be responsible for either picking up their product at the carrier’s terminal or contacting the terminal with additional delivery instructions. All charges from the terminal forward such as lift-gate service, residential delivery, rerouting will be the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR UPS SHIPMENT: Log into your account where you can pull up your order. You will see the UPS Tracking Number. Click on that tracking number for details about your order. Or you can COPY the tracking number – go to UPS Track and PASTE the number into the tracking box and hit enter.
