Built for long days in the field. The remote operating system has an extended range of over 2000 feet from gun to trailer. This process incorporates the popular DN10 ball valve, the most commonly used ball valve in our industry. Over time, that valve will wear out – this is what makes the FlowPro Bypass a better option. Replacing the DN10 is as simple as unscrewing four bolts and replacing the ball valve. The 12V electric actuator has been time tested over many years for reliability and functionality. Coupled together, this is one beast of a system that only a true craftsman of the trade can appreciate.
The FlowPro Remote Bypass Syetem bypasses your chemical injector which allows for the max water flow to your surface cleaner or wand which alows your surface cleaner to operate more efficiently and gives you maximum reach when shooting 3 stories or more. As an added benefit, the remote bypass allows you to control your chemical application without walking back and forth to your trailer.
The FlowPro Remote Bypass can be hooked up in less than 10 minutes and only requires you to connect to the pressure washer battery and replace your current bypass valve. If you don’t have a downstream chemical injector bypass, you can buy a complete set-up and still be washing in under 15 minutes.
Note: A downstream chemical injector bypass is required to operate the FlowPro for chemical application.

Not to be confused with our flagship product the FlowPro Remote Bypass but it is a less expensive alternative to remote chemical application. The FlowPro Switch has several key features including the remote feedback function. Note: This product does not bypass the chemical injector.
The new FlowPro Switch (Remote Downstream Injector) is comprised of several key components, each contributing to its overall functionality and efficiency.
At the heart of the system is the 3-way ball valve, which is engineered for reliability and longevity. The valve is constructed from polypropylene, featuring a Makroblend® ball that ensures smooth operation and resistance to wear. To complement this, Viton™ seals are employed to offer superior sealing capabilities and chemical resistance, ensuring that the valve operates effectively in various environments. Additionally, Kynar 90° elbows are incorporated for their chemical resistance and mechanical strength, making the system robust. The valve is a popular off-the-shelf component, which simplifies maintenance and repair processes by ensuring replacement parts are readily available.
The actuator is another critical component, boasting an IP67 rating that signifies its dust-tight design and protection against the effects of immersion in water, making it suitable for challenging conditions. It also features a manual override function, which allows operators to control the valve manually in the event of a power failure. The absence of connectors in the system design simplifies installation and reduces potential failure points, enhancing the system’s reliability.
The remote system is designed with user convenience in mind, offering a range of up to 1000 feet. This extensive range ensures that operators can control chemical application from a distance, increasing flexibility and efficiency in operations. The system provides audible feedback, enabling operators to confirm commands even when out of visual range of the trailer. Additionally, it comes with two remotes, ensuring that backup control is always within reach.
Together, these components form a cohesive and highly functional Remote Downstream Injector system, designed for effective, reliable, and user-friendly operation.
One year warranty on actuator and control box. Ball valve and remote transmitters are considered wearable items and their life span varies by use and care. These items are covered for 60 days.
